Now Hiring: Personal Injury Operations Supervisor


We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Personal Injury Operations Supervisor to join our growing team in Draper, Utah. This is a full-time, in-office leadership position for a hands-on operations professional who can oversee day-to-day case and business functions, improve processes, develop teams, and help drive overall firm growth.
The ideal candidate is an organized, confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced personal injury environment and has a proven ability to build efficient systems, manage people, solve problems, and turn firm goals into actionable results.

Salary

$80,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the firm's day-to-day personal injury operations and ensure case-related business functions run efficiently.
  • Supervise and support case managers, intake staff, and other team members across the PI caseload.
  • Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and procedures related to case handling and firm workflow.
  • Establish performance standards, KPIs, and accountability measures for operations staff.
  • Monitor case flow, team performance, and caseload metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with attorneys and firm leadership to support strategic initiatives and case outcomes.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks in the case lifecycle and develop effective solutions.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure they are consistently followed.
  • Analyze operational data and case performance metrics to support business decisions.
  • Assist with staffing, onboarding, training, and employee development for operations and support staff.
  • Improve communication and collaboration between intake, case management, and attorney teams.
  • Oversee firm projects and initiatives from planning through completion.
  • Help manage resources, budgets, and operational priorities.
  • Promote a positive, productive, and accountable firm culture.
  • Ensure staff have the tools, resources, and support needed to perform effectively.
  • Travel as needed to support firm operations, employees, and business initiatives.
  • Provide regular operational updates and recommendations to firm leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, personal injury case management, or a related leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing teams and overseeing business operations, ideally within a personal injury or legal setting.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience improving processes and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience developing and monitoring KPIs or performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and business/case management software.
  • Must be able to work in office in Draper, Utah.
  • Must be willing and able to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading operations within a growing personal injury or law firm.
  • Experience managing multiple departments, teams, or case pods.
  • Experience with process improvement and organizational development.
  • Experience implementing new technology, systems, or workflows (e.g., case management platforms).
  • Experience managing both in-office and remote employees.
