Description

Are you a well-rounded individual who wants to help in creating an enjoyable dining experience? At Viva Memory Care at Dresher, located in the suburban Philadelphia —you’ll be a helping hand in the overall dining experience of our community in the place our residents call home.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve – Presenting meals in a pleasing way to create a memorable dining experience for residents. 
• Sanitize – follow daily cleaning schedule for kitchen and dining room to maintain cleanliness.
• Collaboration – connect with fellow staff to understand dietary needs, preferences, and medical accommodations.
• Safety – ensure proper food handling per Serve Safe and state regulations to protect residents from food borne illnesses.

Requirements

What you bring:

• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine interest in working with seniors. 
• Previous experience in a memory care or senior living setting preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
• Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or a GED.
