Description

Responsibilities:

路 Ensure compliance to company standards and specifications

路 Maintain calibration of quality control equipment

路 Test in-process and finished product samples for microbiological and analytical results.

路 Perform inspections across all stages of production, and maintain accurate reports

路 Prepare and maintain test data for review

路 Evaluate data, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards

路 Report findings using email, word, excel and current business software

路 Identify areas for quality control improvement

路 Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency

路 General cleaning duties in lab and plant environments

路 Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

路 General understanding of laboratory equipment

路 Follow Good Manufacturing (GMP鈥檚) and Good Laboratory Practices at all times.

路 Minimum of 1-3 years of quality lab setting and/or food production experience or related degree.

路 Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally

路 Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision

路 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

路 Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information

路 Ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems

路 Possible mandatory overtime
