Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform service calls professionally and efficiently
Communicate clearly with customers about repair options
Provide accurate estimates and recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
Complete service notes, invoices, and paperwork accurately
Follow company procedures and safety standards

Requirements

HVAC repair experience required (3-5 Years)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
EPA certification preferred
Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED

EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification to work on air conditioners and refrigerators is preferred
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
Excellent customer service skills
