Summary/ObjectiveÂ
Ensure that the preparation of all food items is to standard during the shift while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.Â
Essential FunctionsÂ
- Prepare cold and hot items to specification by following recipes and plating standards in order to produce consistent product at all times.Â
- Ability to cook meats and proteins to temperature.Â
- Set up and service of line stations to standard.Â
- Maintain clean and sanitary workspace at all times.Â
- Clean dishes and workspaces during and prior to the end of shift.Â
- Have complete knowledge of all menu items in order to enhance guest experienceÂ
- Maintain accurate prep list.Â
- Interact with members in a friendly, caring, and personalized manner.Â
- Watch for safety hazards and report them to the supervisor immediately.Â
- Adhere to all property and department policies and procedures.Â

Supervisory ResponsibilityÂ
Supervise other line cooks in absence of Sous Chef or Executive Chef to maintain standards at all times.Â
Work EnvironmentÂ
This position operates in a kitchen setting. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns. Frequent hand washing is required.Â

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkÂ
This is a full-time seasonal position. Ability to work weekends, holidays, days, and nights with flexible hours through October 31st. Schedule is subject to change, and applicants must be flexible with schedule adjustments. Â

Required Education and ExperienceÂ
A high school diploma or equivalent. Previous kitchen is experience required.Â
Preferred Education and ExperienceÂ
Prior experience in a restaurant fine dining or refined service position preferred.Â
Additional Eligibility QualificationsÂ
Must be fluent in English speaking, reading and writing.Â
Work AuthorizationÂ
Must have valid work authorization to work in the United States for I-9 form purposes.Â
