This position will start in October / November 2025.
- Oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience
- Lead, inspire, and develop staff to deliver attentive, intuitive service
- Collaborate with the culinary teams to uphold the integrity of the tasting menu experience
- Manage financial performance, inventory, scheduling, and compliance
- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and efficiency
- Act as the face of the restaurant, engaging with guests, media, and industry professionals
- Curate and maintain a dynamic, globally recognized wine program
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a fine dining or Michelin-level restaurant
- AGM experience may be considered.
- Certified Sommelier (minimum) with in-depth knowledge of international wine regions, pairings, and cellar management
- Passion for seasonal, organic cuisine and sustainable sourcing
- Strong organizational, financial, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain poise and grace under pressure
- A genuine love for hospitality and team building
