A Cell Manufacturing Associate II is available in the Cellular Therapy Production Center (CTPC). 聽 This is a fast-paced lab involved in cutting edge technology, research and clinical immunotherapeutic programs. 聽New personnel will be trained in project specific techniques and procedures.

As a successful candidate, you will:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manufacture and test T cell products, under minimal supervision, following established SOPs in cGMP facility.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct applications for aseptic techniques.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Passage, maintain and cryopreserve cell cultures (e.g., T cell and tumor cell lines).

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in developing and adapting new manufacturing procedures and analytical methodology.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Cooperate with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) groups to ensure the quality of product and cGMP compliance.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in internal inspections and audits to ensure compliance with Federal Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and City of Hope and CTPC procedure requirements.



Your qualifications should include:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in biological science or related field, with at least 2 years of post-degree research experience or Master鈥檚 degree in biological science or related field, with at least 1 year of post-degree research experience.聽

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 6+ months of hands-on mammalian cell culture experience.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 6+ months of hands-on cGMP experience.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
