About the role:
The Associate Visual Print Manager supports the day-to-day execution of in-store signage and print programs across the retail fleet, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand standards. Working closely with Sr. Visual Print Operations Manager, coordinating store requests, vendor workflows, proofing, and distribution to support consistent execution of signage across all brands. The role also provides operational support across broader Visual Operations initiatives, including new store openings, remodels, rollouts, and pilot programs as needed. Partnering with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Graphic Design, Store Design, Procurement, field teams, and external vendors, this position helps translate creative direction into consistent and scalable in-store execution. This position reports to the Director of Visual Operations.Â
What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
• Support in executing daily signage workflows, store requests, reorders, and one-off print needs across the fleet.
• Maintain signage databases, ensuring accuracy of SKUs, allocations, and records.
• Coordinate with print vendors to track production timelines, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of signage programs.
• Serve as a point of contact for field signage inquiries and support signage coordination for new stores, remodels, and visual initiatives across the fleet.
• Provide operational coordination across Visual Studio projects and broader Visual Operations initiatives as needed.
• Assist with troubleshooting store-level signage or visual issues in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Support ongoing improvements to print workflows by identifying operational gaps and helping implement process updates.

What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, print production, or visual merchandising support.
• Knowledge of signage production processes, including proofing, version control, and file management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating with vendors to support production and delivery timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Smartsheet or print ordering systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Flexible team player able to support a range of Visual Operations initiatives.
Work Environment, Physical & Mental DemandsÂ
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily.Â
• Able to lift and move up to 30 pounds occasionally.Â
• Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment.Â
• Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates.
• Flexible to workdays, nights, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
• This position is remote, some travel may be required.Â

The starting salary for this position is $48,692-$74,651 actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. Over time, and subject to performance, tenure, and evolving responsibilities, total compensation for this role may grow to as much as $81,151. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
