Audit Manager

We’re partnering with a growing public accounting firm seeking an Audit Manager to lead client engagements and manage audit teams. This role provides a mix of technical accounting, client interaction, and leadership within a collaborative, professional environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and regulatory standards
• Review financial statements, workpapers, and internal controls
• Identify and resolve complex accounting and audit issues
• Serve as a primary client contact and provide advisory support
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and profitability
• Mentor and develop staff and senior team members

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of public accounting / audit experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and GAAS
• Prior leadership or engagement management experience
• CPA, Bachelor’s in Accounting required

This is a Permanent position based out of Dublin, OH.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Dublin,OH.
