Job DetailsJob Location: Dublin, OH 43016Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 Salary/yearJob Category: ManagementRoles and Responsibilities: 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Work with Sales to develop proposals and business engagements for yourself and your team. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Define complex solutions for multiple system integration projects, assign teams, monitor, and support projects, create, support technical standards, handle project scheduling, planning, and oversight. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Interface with project teams and clients to ensure alignment with project objectives. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Lead a team of controls engineers and technicians through the entire project life cycle including conception, proposal, specification, development, integration, testing, and start-up. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Identifying hiring needs, filling job openings, identifying future hiring needs, writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Develop training objectives and strategies. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Determine project workloads. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Schedule activities and staff accordingly. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Help develop and modify methods and procedures. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Clearly and effectively communicate project updates. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Make an impact day-to-day with your skills and expertise, strengthening that relationship with our clients and team. 聽 Knowledge, Skills, and Education: 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽High School Diploma 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽4 years of experience in a technical field. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Prior experience working with: o聽聽聽聽Industrial Data Centers o聽聽聽聽System Installation, Checkout, Integration, Testing and Commissioning Support o聽聽聽聽Ignition Training o聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽ProCore o聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Programing IPCs, HMIs, PLCs, Managed Switches, PQM鈥檚 etc. o聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽System integration. o聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽PLC programming o聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽HMI development o聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽SCADA creation o聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Networking o聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Troubleshooting o聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing drawings o聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Mechanical and/or Electrical Installation QualificationsRequired: Excellent leadership, teamwork, partnering, and mentoring abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent IT Skills. Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. all essential. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and diplomacy skills. A minimum of five years of technical industry experience. The skills to oversee projects that incorporate engineering, design, and programming of integrated and automated manufacturing systems. A willingness to travel for project requirements including installation and start-up activities, client and company sponsored meetings, trainings, industry related seminars, forums, and conventions. Health & Safety and Environmental policies, by demonstrating correct behaviors and leading by example. Liaising with PMO department for regular project updates and correspondence to ensure all projects are executed to a high-level standard in the CMH region. A self-driven individual, with a can-do attitude, and a desire for operational excellence.
