KPRS is a full service general contractor, headquartered in Brea, CA, with offices in Hawaii, Los Angeles and Dublin, CA with construction expertise in medical, technology, tenant improvement, public works, industrial, retail, multi-family, office core and shell, and hotel projects. The Project Engineer reports directly to the Project Manager and/or Sr. Project Manager. The Project Engineer responsibilities include managing all matters relating to Engineering policies and procedures in regards to document control, distribution and recordation. Please attach a project list that includes project type, sf, and dollar value.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: B.S. Civil Engineering, B.S. Construction Management, Architecture or similar 4 year degree. Some experience in Building Construction. Adequate knowledge of construction cost and estimating, construction scheduling, and engineering principles and techniques Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications Experience using Procore preferred Some knowledge of various design and construction means, methods and materials, their characteristics, and installation procedures Demonstrate management know-how, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn and understand KPRS policies and procedures. Develop client relationships to attract new clients and to keep existing clients at KPRS.
