Job DetailsJob Location: Dublin, OH 43017Salary Range: $72,000.00 - $83,000.00Project Managers at Roto lead projects from concept through fabrication and installation, ensuring that creative intent, budget, timeline, and deliverables are successfully aligned. The Project Manager role serves as a key point of contact for both clients and internal teams, coordinating across design, development, engineering, media, and production to ensure smooth execution of complex, multidisciplinary projects. Our Project Managers own the day-to-day logistics of a project while maintaining awareness of long-term goals, institutional needs, and internal team dynamics. This role demands strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams. Project Managers are expected to demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a high degree of coordination across disciplines. Primary Responsibilities Project Leadership & Management Lead the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects, owning scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations. Direct staffing plans and project timelines that align with contract deliverables. Anticipate and mitigate risks, coordinating with internal leads to resolve issues. Maintain accurate documentation that provides transparency and supports informed collaborative decision making. Drive projects with confidence and clarity to deliver exceptional outcomes. Client Relations & Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building on company history grounded in credibility and results. Communicate with clarity and confidence, in meetings, presentations, and written correspondence, ensuring alignment between client expectation and creative execution. Represent the team with professionalism and executive presence when engaging external stakeholders, reinforcing the firm's expertise in client reviews, workshops, and decision-making sessions. Team Collaboration & Coordination Coordinate with cross-functional teams across design, development, media, engineering, and production, driving clarity of vision and forward momentum through project lifecycles Partner closely with Producers, Exhibit Developers, and Technical Leads to ensure alignment with scope, budget and structural feasibility, resolving conflicts and barriers to progress. Mentorship & Growth Provide intentional mentorship and professional guidance to junior team members. Champion the ongoing refinement of the company’s project management processes and tools. Support internal documentation of lessons learned and best practices to elevate institutional knowledge and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications & Competencies Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in project management for design, exhibits, architecture, or related industries. Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex, high-visibility projects Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the executive presence to confidently articulate creative vision. Familiarity with design/build workflows and creative production processes, with the judgment to balance innovation, feasibility, budget, and timeline. Highly organized and operationally disciplined, able to leverage project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, or equivalent). Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer or in meetings. Proficiency in operating standard office equipment and digital tools required to perform essential job functions including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. Willingness and flexibility to travel as required to support client engagements, site visits, and project milestones. Capacity to provide hands-on, on-site project support when needed, including occasional lifting of materials or equipment up to 50 lbs.
