CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry is searching for a Maintenance Team Member at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Dublin GA. Our Maintenance Team Member, will be responsible to maintain building and facilities including all guest rooms, lobby, public space, restaurant, meeting space, hallways, outdoor pool, exterior building to ensure safety and comfort of guests and employees. Also to maintain buildings and facilities to ensure efficient operation and to provide preventative maintenance, room care and necessary repairs on all aspects of the hotel and storage facilities including hvac, thermostats, televisions, bathroom fixtures, furniture, etc. Completes their job duties in conjunction with the hotel's policy and procedures and the Marriott Preventive Maintenance Program.
