We are currently seeking someone to join our HVAC service team as a maintenance helper!
Position Summary:
The HVAC Service Technician Helper supports Service Technicians in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential and/or commercial HVAC systems. This entry-level role provides hands-on training and growth opportunities within our service department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with troubleshooting and system diagnostics
- Perform routine maintenance and equipment cleaning
- Take system readings (voltage, pressures, temperatures)
- Help replace basic components (capacitors, motors, filters, etc.)
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and safe work areas
- Provide professional customer interaction
Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
- Valid driver’s license
- Exceptional Customer Care Abilities
- 1-2 Years of experience in HVAC
