About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Membership Strategy Manager to join our Marketing Personalization and Membership team.  This position is the enterprise owner of Tailored Brands’ Membership program across Men’s Wearhouse, Jos. A. Bank, Moores, and K&G, reporting to the Sr. Director of Personalization & Membership. The role is responsible for defining and evolving the Membership strategy, economic model, and long-term growth roadmap.
This position operates as the business architect of Membership — owning value proposition development, tier and benefits design, lifecycle engagement strategy, and Membership P&L performance. While cross-functional teams support execution and deployment, this role defines the strategic direction, financial model, and measurable growth outcomes for the program.
What You’ll Do | Key AccountabilitiesÂ
Membership Strategy & Value Proposition
• Lead the enterprise Membership strategy across all brands.
• Define differentiated loyalty positioning aligned to each brand while maintaining enterprise cohesion.
• Architect benefits framework, experiential rewards, engagement mechanics, and potential tier structure.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year Membership roadmap aligned to enterprise growth objectives.
Membership P&L & Financial Ownership
• Serve as enterprise owner of Membership economics and performance.
• Lead financial modeling in partnership with FP&A and Analytics, including ROI projections, liability management, cost structure, and incremental lift.
• Build executive-level business cases for investment and program evolution.
• Continuously evaluate program profitability and financial sustainability.
Growth & Performance Impact
• Define KPIs tied to frequency, retention, enrollment growth, and lifetime value (LTV) by enterprise segment.
• Partner with Analytics to measure program effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
• Drive strategic initiatives that increase member acquisition and deepen engagement.
Enterprise Leadership & Alignment
• Influence senior stakeholders with clear strategic narratives and data-driven insights.
• Ensure Membership strategy integrates effectively with personalization and customer experience initiatives.
• Provide enterprise thought leadership on loyalty and customer retention trends.
What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in loyalty strategy, CRM, customer retention, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or other related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience redesigning, launching, or materially evolving a loyalty or membership program.
• Strong financial acumen, including ROI modeling and liability management.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and building enterprise business cases.
• Experience partnering with Analytics and Finance to drive performance insights.
• Enterprise or multi-brand retail experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience transitioning programs from transactional to emotionally driven frameworks.
• Background in omni-channel retail environments.
• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and MarTech ecosystems.

• Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from our Dublin, California office.

The starting salary for this position is $116,000 – $150,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. Over time, and subject to performance, tenure, and evolving responsibilities, total compensation for this role may grow to as much as $175,000. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
