Stanley Steemer is seeking a reliable and organized Water Mitigation Analyst to support our restoration team on water-damage jobs. The ideal candidate will help keep projects moving by reviewing estimates, updating job information, and supporting daily operations. This role works closely with insurance companies, office staff, and field staff to make sure jobs are completed quickly and correctly.

$22 per hour-$24 per hour

Responsibilities:

Review restoration estimates for accuracy and national program compliance
Collect and submit completed job files for payment
Act as a liaison between the organization, both company-owned and franchise operations, and our customers
Partner with Franchisees to ensure accuracy of estimates as well as exceptional customer service
Track the day-to-day aspects of National Water Vendor Programs
Assist management with implementation and development of Water Restoration related services

Requirements:

On-site, Monday - Friday
Experience with processing property and/or desk claims
Knowledge of the following is a plus: Xactimate, MICA, Symbility, MS Office
Communicating effectively with associates, internal customers, and management
Attention to detail
Team-oriented
