Position Summary We’re seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing Dublin, Ohio team. As an LPN in home health, you’ll provide direct patient care, monitor progress, and ensure the highest quality outcomes — all while working independently with the support of our experienced clinical leadership team.
