We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within Mountainy's fast-paced 3PL fulfillment center in DuBois, PA. This role ensures associates meet productivity, quality, safety, and attendance expectations while maintaining accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment. The Supervisor provides leadership, coaching, and accountability to warehouse associates and works closely with management to achieve operational goals and deliver exceptional service to our brand partners. 

Location: Dubois, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Starting Pay: $22 - $24/hour 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Lead and support a team of associates to meet performance goals
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and timely order processing
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop, document, and implement warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that improve consistency, safety, and efficiency
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision (3PL experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and fulfillment workflows
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage operations
 Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., and push/pull up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred)
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Be flexible and willing to be cross-trained into other warehouse departments

  • Work efficiently to meet daily order volume and accuracy goals.
