Novo Health Services in DuBois PA is seeking a dependable Utility Worker to support production operations by cleaning, moving, and servicing carts and assisting the production floor. This is a fulltime position working a compressed schedule of four ten hour days per week, with scheduled hours from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Team members will have rotating days off each week. This role requires reliable attendance and flexibility, as overtime may be required based on production needs

Essential Job Functions

Maintain regular attendance

Load carts into cart washers and operate washing equipment

Move carts from washer to drying area

Dry carts thoroughly, ensuring no waste remains

Transport clean carts to designated storage areas

Service production areas with clean carts as needed

Assist floor utility personnel and truck loaders as required

Assist with end of shift cleanup

Follow all safety, quality, and sanitation standards

Requirements

Ability to read, write, and perform basic math

Knowledge of workplace safety practices

Ability to work in a fast paced production environment
