Requirements

• 0–2+ years of automotive, express technician, lube technician, or related mechanical experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid inspections, and filter replacements
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections accurately and thoroughly
• Communicate vehicle findings with Service Advisors and technicians
• Follow manufacturer procedures and dealership safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist the service department in delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
