The Radiology department at Medical Associates is hiring a full time Imaging Assistant!

Schedule: Monday - Friday with rotating shifts between 7:00am - 4:30pm, 80 hours per pay period. Includes minimal weekend rotation (varies between every 4th to 5th weekend) and holiday hours.

Location: East Campus

What you'll be doing:

  • Take patients to dressing area and prepare for exam
  • Assist x-ray technologist
  • Access patient orders for imaging studies
  • Document and track outside patient exams
  • Answer telephone calls related to any image requests
  • Burn x-ray images to CD or electronically transferring images for outside use
  • Fax reports or consents for outside imaging
  • Complete all other assigned projects and duties

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience: Some radiology or health care experience preferred.
