OBGYN Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Midwife

Medical Associates Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our OBGYN team in an outpatient clinic setting. In-department services include ultrasound, HSGs, colposcopies, leeps, cervical biopsies, IUD procedures, and Nexplanon.
This is a clinic-only position focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered women’s health services in collaboration with our OBGYN physicians and experienced clinical team. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and providing comprehensive care throughout their lifespan.
Position Highlights
- Outpatient OBGYN/women’s health practice
- Clinic-only position — no deliveries or inpatient responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with board-certified OBGYN physicians and a multidisciplinary care team
- Evaluate, diagnose, treat and educate patients across a broad range of women's health needs
- Provide preventive and routine gynecologic care
- Participate in contraceptive counseling and management
- Provide preconception, prenatal and postpartum care as appropriate to training and experience
- Perform procedures within scope of practice, training and clinical competency
- Establish meaningful, long-term relationships with patients

Qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife certification
- Graduate of an accredited NP, PA, or CNM program
- Current state of Iowa licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Previous OBGYN or women's health experience preferredÂ
