What You’ll Do

Provide nursing care that supports the Sisters’ physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
Complete assessments, monitor health changes, and respond promptly to urgent needs
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and Center guidelines
Offer leadership, guidance, and support to caregivers and med aides during your shift
Communicate clearly with Sisters' families and interdisciplinary staff
Document all care accurately and thoroughly in accordance with policy and regulation
Participate in care planning and contribute to quality improvement
Assist Sisters in preparing for chapel, liturgy, and community activities
Help maintain a safe, clean, and peaceful environment
Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality expectations

What You’ll Bring and Why You’ll Stay

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Iowa
Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
A calm, compassionate presence and a commitment to person-centered care
Ability to collaborate effectively with caregivers, med aides, and other nursing staff
Comfort working closely with women religious, supporting their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs

PRN all shifts available: 6:45 am-3:15 pm, 2:45 pm-11:15 pm, and 11:00 pm-7:00 am
