The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.

Your Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Student, OFP Manufacturing Engineer for Skid Steer/Compact Track Loader assembly operations located in Dubuque, IA, you will

Provide support and basic trouble shooting for current assembly operations
Work with cross functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety, quality, delivery and cost
Participate in developmental assignments to gain Manufacturing experience.

This position is not available to students on immigration visas

What Skills You Need

Pursuing a degree related to mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or manufacturing technology; others may apply
Must be registered as a full-time student at a local U.S. accredited college/university
Graduation date of May 2027 or later
Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
Available to work 16-20 hours during the academic year
Available to work 30-40 hours during the summer semester
Must be able to commute to the work location in Dubuque, IA on a regular basis
