Job Description:
Position SummaryThis position will work directly with both the Quality and Operations teams to help drive process stability, product conformance, and continuous improvement throughout the plant. The role supports testing, verification, documentation, and operator training to ensure our windows and doors consistently meet customer and internal specifications. This position will follow the Production Schedule of 4-10 hour days, with a slight overlap with 1st shift.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; on‑the‑job training preferred
3 years of experience and/or equivalent knowledge of quality systems
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to take photos and incorporate them into documentation
Evidence of responsibility for verifying product conformance in a quality or production role
Knowledge and ability to use multiple types of measuring equipment (e.g., calipers, depth gauges, etc.)

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Verification & TestingVerify test product conformance to specifications
Perform advanced product testing as required
Assist in go/no‑go decisions on questionable product
Provide measurement equipment support and training
Conduct advanced inspection and testing to support production and engineering
Training & DocumentationTrain operators on: Use of test equipment
Customer requirements
Quality expectations and documentation processes
Maintain and update QMS documents and quality content
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all quality documentation
Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementParticipate in daily meetings to support ongoing production needs
Work with leads, supervisors, technicians, and other quality support members to correct shifts or trends
Participate in projects addressing recurring issues, including root‑cause analysis and corrective action implementation
Utilize quality tools to support development and maintenance of stable and capable processes
Pay Range:

**PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
