Responsibilities:

• Support individuals in daily activities such as walking, dressing, and engaging in social activities.
• Assist with personal care tasks and help clients achieve their goals.
• Provide transportation to appointments and participate in meal preparation.
• Ensure adherence to agency documentation policies to maintain service excellence and integrity.

Requirements:

• Must be a student enrolled in a recognized education or certificate program to be hired in "Student Worker" status.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
