ECS is seeking a TS-cleared Cybersecurity Analyst to support one of our mission critical programs for the Department of Justice in Huntsville, AL.

 

Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

 

Salary Range: $160,000 - $198,000

We are seeking candidates committed to high quality to provide innovative solutions. As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will apply cybersecurity analysis and subject-matter expertise to support system categorization, labor alignment, security-risk analysis, reporting, and improvement activities under the ISaaS program-management model. Translate technical and operational data into actionable recommendations and supports consistency across system portfolios.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring computer networks for security issues.
  • Investigating security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents.
  • Document security breaches and assess the damage they cause.
  • Work with the security team to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities, such as penetration testing.
  • Evaluate new and existing software products.
Qualifications
  • US citizenship with active Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related degree.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated experience with DOJ/FBI cybersecurity processes and/or Risk Management Framework
  • Demonstrated knowledge of security architecture
  • Familiarity with NIST FIPS-199 and CNSS standards
  • Familiarity with JCAM/Xacta tools
  • Perform data analysis and dashboarding
  • Demonstrated SME-level problem solving skills
