Overview
The Land Warehouseman is responsible for managing materials, ensuring safe storage and handling, maintaining inventory, and supporting operations by receiving, storing, and issuing supplies and equipment, often in a field or remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with company vendors and 3rd party providers to manage materials inventory specific to Deepwater Wells, including physical inventories at vendor locations.Â
- Perform quarterly reporting of materials movements in SAP and external systems.Â
- Record and organize electronic files and follow predetermined procedures.Â
- Work independently to identify processes and create Standard Operating Procedure documentation.Â
- Collect, compile, and analyze data.Â
- Candidate will be required to make trips offshore periodically.
- Candidate will be required to work on call weeks on a rotation.Â
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.Â
- Knowledge of ERP Systems and SAP Material Management Module.Â
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including email and document writing.Â
- Strong organizational skills.Â
- Self-starter with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.Â
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in a team environment.Â
- Preferred: Warehouse experience in shipping/receiving/loading and off-loading trucks, material movement, and material scrapping.Â
- Preferred: Forklift Certification
- Fit for Duty for offshore activity, TWIC, etc.
