Maximus Global Services (MGS) is seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee and manage daily operations at Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). This position is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, outstanding customer service, effective personnel management, security and safety compliance, and continuous improvement in alignment with MGS objectives.

Essential Functions

Lead and manage all site personnel, including Security & Safety Officers and SOC Operations staff.

Provide operational direction, ensuring compliance with all client requirements, safety standards, and MGS policies.

Recruit, onboard, train, develop, and mentor staff to promote a culture of performance, accountability, and professionalism.

Oversee and manage all aspects of employee performance, including evaluations, coaching, and corrective actions as needed.

Develop and maintain efficient processes for Security Operations Center (SOC) activities.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and client expectations.

Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, addressing and escalating issues as appropriate

Maintain a strong understanding of security systems, industry trends, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams effectively.

- Demonstrated leadership experience in security operations, facility management, or related fields.

- Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

- Ability to travel as needed between IAD and DCA locations.
