Commercial Express HVAC is hiring full-time Experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians throughout Virginia and Maryland.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work on complex commercial HVAC systems that keep critical facilities operating every day.

Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial HVAC system issues
• Service and maintain  equipment including:
  • RTUs
  • Boilers
  • Chillers
  • VAV systems
  • HVAC  controls
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Accurately document service  work and system conditions
• Deliver professional  customer service on-site
• Collaborate with experienced technicians and leadership

 Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial HVAC  service experience
• Experience troubleshooting  and repairing commercial HVAC systems
• EPA Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
