Description

The Speech and Language Center in Sterling, Virginia is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing pediatric team! We are a comprehensive, multidisciplinary clinic offering Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and ABA services, allowing for truly collaborative, whole-child care.


About the Role

As a Pediatric SLP on our team, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in children of all ages—while working closely with an incredible group of SLPs, OTs, PTs, and BCBAs. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about family-centered care, enjoys working in a team-oriented environment, and is excited to serve a diverse community.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide pediatric speech and language evaluations and individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver high-quality therapy services in both Spanish and English
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (OT, PT, ABA) to support comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
  • Communicate regularly with caregivers, referral sources, and team members
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and community outreach as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Virginia SLP license (or eligibility)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFs will be considered
  • Experience working in pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, and a passion for helping children thrive
