Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for timely and accurate support of the escrow process including, but not limited to, ordering, tracking, receiving, reviewing and inputting data related to payoffs, assessments, HOAs, water, sewer and/or other items for the purchase and refinance of real estate.  Participates in learning and development activities to expand knowledge base.  

  • Reviews Action Lists and/or reports to prioritize work
  • Orders or sources required data, as applicable for HOAs, Payoffs and Utilities
  • Enters amounts, paid-through dates and any/all data points required for the specified item
  • Adds Payoff and HOA information as it becomes available to the prelim
  • Follows up with third-parties for items not received by the due date
  • Reorders items that have expired
  • Follows up with Escrow Officer on Borrower/Buyer/Seller Information Sheets
  • Communicates with Escrow Officer on file issues 
  • Other related duties as assigned or requested

Qualifications

  • BA/BS from an accredited institution is preferred
