We are currently seeking a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic wholesale team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex projects by supporting project management activities, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The Assistant Project Manager will play a vital role in coordinating resources, monitoring project progress, and assisting in problem-solving efforts. Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects to meet established goals and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders including engineers, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, providing regular status updates to senior management.
  • Support risk management efforts by identifying potential issues and assisting in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication and documentation flow between project participants to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Assist in preparing project proposals, reports, and technical documentation as required.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, safety regulations, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project deliverables to ensure completion according to specifications and contractual requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
  • 0-8 years of experience in project management or coordination, specifically within the power transformer or electrical equipment industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of power equipment, high voltage transformers, or electrical distribution systems is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to analyze project data, prepare reports, and assist in decision-making processes.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and safety standards.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and to work under tight deadlines.
