Our Duluth office is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician for our Engraving Solutions business, which includes our MECCO and Gravotech brands. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day completion of production work orders, quality testing and accuracy of paperwork associated with these tasks. This individual will also support continuous improvement in all areas of the business with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency consistent with Lean manufacturing principles. This is an on-site role at our location in Duluth, GA. 

Qualifications
  • Execute and complete machine production work orders accurately, to a strict quality standard and on schedule, while also being able to prioritize jobs based on current business requirements. 
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair of components identified as faulty during the manufacturing process to maintain an efficient workflow, and documenting issues to aid in root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Recommend and implement changes to work areas and processes for improved efficiency, safety, and quality.
  • Assemble or configure items for sales kits that do not require a work order, ensuring all parts are of acceptable quality
  • Performing modifications to stock machines as needed. 
  • Will perform additional duties as needed.
