Reports To: Épique Rewards Supervisor
Probationary Period: 90 days – Full time; 120 days – Part time
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (hourly)
Classification: Class A Gaming Licensure
Driver’s License: No Driver’s License required.
Rate of pay: $15.00 to $15.55

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional assistance to casino players, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.  
  • Assist players with signing up for the Épique Rewards program and explain benefits clearly. 
  • Foster positive relationships with players to ensure a welcoming and engaging experience. 
  • Accurately enter and update player information into the casino’s database. 
  • Ensure all player details are correct and up-to-date, maintaining the integrity of the data. 
  • Inform players about ongoing promotions and special offers to encourage engagement. 
  • Effectively communicate with players via phone, email, or in-person to provide updates on their rewards status and upcoming offers. 
  • Work closely with other casino departments to ensure smooth operations and player satisfaction. 
  • Provide feedback to management on program effectiveness and opportunities for improvement 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required. 
  • Experience working within a customer service role is preferred. 
  • Demonstrated positive customer service, communication and listening skills. 
  • Skill in data entry
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing is required.  
  • Ability to work independently and establish priorities is required.  
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is required.  
  • Ability to obtain a gaming identification badge to work in and around Casino property and facilities.
  • Ability to establish professional and harmonious working relationships on all projects and with all parties involved.  
  • Must attend all mandatory department training.
  • Must attend all required Title 31 and/or SAR training.
  • Ensures confidentiality of financial records and all records for employees, band members and/or clients.
  • Subject to drug and alcohol testing in accordance with the Fond du Lac Reservation’s Personnel Policies.
  • Some travel may be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Sedentary work with walking and standing required. 
  • Subject to inside environmental conditions, including work in a smoking environment. 
  • Lifting, bending and carrying up to 25 pounds, standing and or sitting for long periods of time.
