Job DetailsJob Location: Century Fire Protection Duluth - Duluth, GA 30096Position Type: Full TimeSummary  Responsible supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making by providing accurate reporting, forecasting, and insights into company performance; works closely with leadership, operations, and accounting to analyze financial data, track trends, and support budgeting and strategic initiatives across the organization.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and other financial reports for leadership. Build financial presentation slide decks for monthly management reviews, budget meetings with regional leaders, and annual budget reviews. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Analyze income statement trends and variances from budget and communicate key findings to management teams. Partner with operational and accounting teams to understand project-level and business-unit performance. Support accounting team in monthly closing process and special projects as needed.   Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2–5 years of financial analysis or related experience; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with ERP, accounting, or financial reporting systems. Computer Skills Microsoft Office applications; proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis); Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferred.
