The Mission

As a FT Loader - Order Builder - Duluth, you’re the spark that keeps our warehouse flowing—building accurate orders so customers get the right product, right on time. You’ll work onsite at 300 South Central Avenue, Duluth, MN, Sunday - Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM (with occasional weekend/overtime availability), earning $22.28 per hour.

Key responsibilities include:
- Build stable, accurate pallets from pick tickets and labels
- Hit department productivity goals (throw rate)
- Move product safely using electric/manual pallet jacks and support baler/crusher use
- Support warehouse flow through staging, loading/unloading help, rotation, and inventory prep
- Follow safety rules, report damage/shrink, and keep areas organized

Required skills:
- Basic math, strong attention to detail, and clear teamwork communication
- Comfort with physical work and safe warehouse practices

Your Shift, In Motion

You clock in and the warehouse is already humming—pick tickets in hand, you map your route and start stacking clean, tight pallets that can handle the ride. Between pulls, you glide product across the floor with your pallet jack, staying sharp on spacing, stability, and scan/label checks. When something’s off—dents, leaks, a missed case—you handle it fast, document it, and keep the lane clear. Throughout the shift, you jump in where the team needs you, keep the floor swept and organized, and look for small fixes that make the whole operation faster and smoother. By the end, orders are staged, the area is reset, and you’ve helped the warehouse finish strong.
