  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, FMLA, disability, workplace injuries, workers’ compensation, and other core HR operations
  • Maintain appropriate employee documentation, support HR compliance, and partner with leadership to review and improve HR policies, compensation practices, and employee programs
  • Hire, onboard, and lead a dedicated recruiter as the HR function grows, while continuing to oversee recruiting strategy and key searches

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to build trust quickly and develop strong working relationships with employees, managers, leadership, and external partners
  • Comfort balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution across a wide range of HR responsibilities

  • Ability to keep multiple priorities moving in a fast-paced environment with shifting needs and timelines
  • Practical, people-centered approach to improving processes, supporting managers, and solving problems
