If you are a registered nurse (RN) who desires to take the next step in the career ladder and use your experience to mentor, train, and educate a team of caregivers, while coordinating and overseeing the care of your patients, the role of nurse case manager may be your next calling. At Dove Healthcare, you will work with employees, patients, family members, and other professionals to coordinate all aspects of providing person-centered care.

As a registered nurse case manager, you will:

  • supervise the day-to-day activities of assigned residents and employees
  • coordinate, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing services provided to each resident using clinical competence
  • review and audit compliance with the patient's plan of care and changing needs
  • provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment
  • participate in an on-call rotation
  • this is a limited term position with the potential to turn into permanent employment.

Schedule Details:

  • Temporary / Limited-Term Employee
  • Travel required between our St. Croix Falls and Superior locations

Required Qualifications:

  • current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN)
  • degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • previous nursing experience
