We’re looking for a Field Support Tech to help keep our landscape crews running efficiently by organizing materials, managing inventory, and delivering supplies to job sites.

What You'll Do
- Track and organize materials, tools, and inventory in the yard and warehouse
- Deliver materials and equipment to job sites
- Coordinate material pickups and supplier deliveries
- Keep the shop, warehouse, and yard clean and organized
- Work with Foremen and Project Managers to ensure crews have what they need
- Operate equipment such as a Bobcat and one-ton dump truck
Qualifications
- Experience with inventory, materials, or warehouse organization preferred
- Ability to lift and move landscaping materials safely
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and independently
- Valid driver’s license required
- MN DOT Medical Card required (Obtain before hired)
Pay
$18–$24 per hour
Full-time seasonal positionÂ
Benefits
- Health & Dental Insurance ( Must qualify under full time status)
- Â Referral program- $500 Bonus + $1 over ride for 12 months.Â
-  OT Pay: 1 & ½ time pay after 40 hours/weekÂ

- Â Minnesota Sick & Safe time:1hr for every 30 hours worked.

Schedule
- This seasonal position typically works 40+ hours per week. Overtime and extended hours may be required based on seasonal demands, weather conditions, project schedules, and business needs.Â
