We have an exciting opportunity for a Landscaping Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Requirements for our Landscaping Operations Manager – Design Build
- Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Construction Management, or related field preferred or 5 years of related experience.
- 3-5+ years of experience in landscape installation. Experience in landscape project management or a similar role.
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- MN DOT Medical Card (Required)
- Certification in Landscape Management or Construction (e.g., CLM, CLT, or similar) preferred.
- OSHA Safety Certification or similar preferred
- Experience with large scale projects including commercial, municipal, or large residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction, design/build, horticulture, and hardscaping techniques.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Problem solving; ability to handle unexpected challenges such as budget overruns, delays due to weather, or supply chain issues while keeping the project on track.
- Attention to detail.
- Ensuring quality control and precision in the work done by teams.
Primary Responsibilities for our Landscaping Operations Manager – Design Build
- · Plan and oversee landscape projects from start to finish (site prep, hardscape, softscape, sod).
- · Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, materials, and resources.
- · Lead and supervise landscape crews; manage scheduling and daily production.
- · Coordinate with designers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- · Order materials, arrange trucking, and manage equipment and site logistics.
- · Monitor project budgets, labor hours, overtime, and material usage.
- · Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- · Serve as primary client contact, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.
- · Manage change orders and address on-site challenges proactively.
- · Other duties as assigned.
