Summary/Objective: Provides effective customer service for all internal and external Keystone Bluff's Customers. Responsibilities: Create a positive presence and atmosphere in the lobby area of Keystone Bluffs. Assure that coffee, newspapers, and flowers are available as needed. Schedule all resident medical appointments/coordinate transportation along with paperwork, reminders and transportation schedule. Work with Beauty Salon with Resident appointments. Entering monthly resident charges for products into billing system. Coordinate discharge files for scanning. Assemble Welcome Books for new residents. Responsible for recording and reconciliation of the petty cash, stamp and greeting cards funds. Assure that all packages re delivered to tenants on a timely basis. Assure that phone messages are taken ensuring proper detail and delivered to recipients in a timely manner. Greet residents, family members, vendors, visitors as they enter Keystone Bluffs. Assembly of marketing materials as needed. Coordination of office supplies. Produce monthly newsletter. Ordering nameplates as needed. Keep office well organized. Regular and consistent attendance required. Requirements Time Management, the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Strong customer service orientation. Excellent communication skills. Commitment to company values. Computer proficiency. Qualifications: Customer service experience preferred. Microsoft Office and Excel knowledge.
