This role focuses on tactical project delivery, emphasizing schedule control, cost management, and cross-functional coordination. The Project Manager will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure successful delivery of project milestones while maintaining compliance with contractual and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: •    Project Execution & Delivery: Drive the day-to-day execution of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget. •    Integrated Schedule Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project or a similar tool. •    Client Engagement: Act as the operational liaison for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations. •    Contractual Compliance: Interpret and apply contract terms to project execution. •    Risk & Issue Management: Maintain a dynamic risk register and implement mitigation strategies. •    Budget Control & Financial Tracking: Monitor project expenditures and provide accurate forecasts. •    Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance. •    Quality & Standards Assurance: Ensure all project outputs meet internal quality benchmarks and industry standards. •    Reporting & Metrics: Generate and present project dashboards and performance metrics. •    Process Optimization: Contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes. Qualifications•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. •    Minimum 5 years of project management experience in defense, aerospace, or telecommunications. •    Strong command of project scheduling tools and methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Project). •    Experience with earned value management and financial performance tracking. •    Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and government contracting. •    PMP certification highly preferred. •    U.S. Citizenship required due to facility access restrictions. •    Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
