What to Expect

• Resorts Reservations are calls from Guests or Cast Members who wish to make reservations for Lodging, Dining Plans, Tickets, Air, Packages, or ask general questions about those areas.

• Service Partners will service the Program by providing high-level customer service to existing and new Guests while matching their wishes and desires with relevant products and services.

Requirements

Additional Client Program Technology Standards

A smartphone or tablet that can download an app for a security token
VOIP hardwired USB headset is required for class and for servicing (wireless headset is NOT allowed)
MUST maintain the most recent version of Windows 11 (fully patched with no pending updates)
