Job Purpose/Description        

Teaching Assistants for OTH 6001 Occupational Performance I: Fundamentals of Occupation AND OTH 6210 Basic Tenets of OT.

Job Duties        

  • Support to OTH faculty teaching courses
  • Provide office hours to support first year student learning in courses
  • Host review sessions
  • Proctor exams
  • Grade assignments
  • Competency/practical testing
  • Setup/cleanup for class activities

Required Qualifications 

  • Must be a current CSS student        
  • In the OT 2027 Cohort
  • Students must be in good academic status
  • Students must be in good behavioral professional status

Preferred Qualifications        

  • Federal work study eligibility is preferred        

Special Instructions to Applicants        

  • The following positions are currently open for Summer 2026
  • Classes are held Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for SDLs (some Thursdays based on exams/competencies and holiday weeks)
  • Position begins around June 1 through July 24. Approximately 10 hours per week maximum
  • Two TA positions are available with responsibilities in both summer courses
