Responsibilities:
- Process Innovation (PI) – Warehouse Operations
- Analyze existing warehouse operations to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
- Define optimal staffing levels and equipment requirements through cargo-volume and workload analysis
- Recommend system configurations that align with redesigned operational processes
- Calculate required storage capacity and design efficient, optimized warehouse layouts
- Process Innovation (PI) – Warehouse Systems
- Assess current system architecture and provide clear, actionable recommendations for enhancement
- Participate in modularizing the existing system to improve scalability, maintainability, and operational efficiency

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in warehousing, with exposure to B2B & B2C operations and importing.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel within the USA over 40%
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
