Window World Twin Ports Region is growing and looking for skilled, reliable Window & Door Installers to join our locally owned Window World team serving the Twin Ports and surrounding areas.
If you take pride in your workmanship, do what's right for the homeowners, show up on time, and care about doing the job right the first time, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
- Install replacement windows, entry doors, and patio doors in residential homes
- Remove existing windows and doors safely and efficiently
- Ensure clean, weather-tight, and code-compliant installations
- Protect the customer’s home and clean up the job site daily
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and internal team members
- Complete paperwork and receive payment from homeowners
- Represent the Window World brand with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For
- Experience installing replacement windows and/or exterior doors, including running a metal brake
- Strong carpentry and mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
- Reliable transportation
- Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
Experience, licensing, certifications, and knowledge of lead-safe practices are a plus but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
