Our 10‑week paid Summer Internship Program runs from June 1 – August 7 and is a full‑time, on‑site role in Duluth, MN. Interns gain meaningful experience through daily work, learning sessions, leadership exposure, and a final project.

Role Overview
The Company Planning Intern will support enterprise‑level planning activities that help align inventory, financial goals, and business strategy. This role is designed for someone who is curious, analytical, and excited to learn how data and insights drive decisions across the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Support company‑level planning, forecasting, and reporting activities
  • Assist with analysis of sales, inventory, and performance trends
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams including Merchandising, Finance, Planning & Allocation
  • Help prepare insights and materials that support business planning discussions
  • Complete a final capstone project focused on planning insights and business impact

Qualifications

  • Currently a junior or senior, graduating within one year, or a recent graduate
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or a related field
  • Interest in enterprise planning, analytics, and retail operations
  • Able to work full‑time, on‑site in Duluth, MN for the duration of the program
  • Comfortable working with data and learning new tools in a collaborative environment
  • Retail experience is a plus, but not required
