QUALIFICATIONS

• CPR/AED and first aid for Youth and Adults or ability to attain

• Familiarity with Campus Recreation Mission, Vision, and Goals

• Experience Officiating/ Participation in Intramural Sports

• Ability to work autonomously

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated abilities involving conflict resolution

• Currently enrolled student at UW-Superior in academic good standing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Certifications in Sports Officiating (Local, Regional, or National)

• Experience with IMLeagues.com, Fusion software, Canva

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Hire, train, develop, and evaluate intramural officials and sport supervisors

2. Provide supervision of intramural leagues

3. Follow-up with supervisors and staff to ensure tasks and goals are met

4. Lead in the planning, recruitment, and supervision of special event tournaments

5. Assist in decisions involving disciplinary action to intramural supervisors, officials, and/or participants as necessary

6. Develop marketing solutions to achieve participation goals related to the Intramural and Sport Club Programs

7. Attend and provide aid Sport Club events and practices as necessary

8. Enforce Club policies and aid in continued development of the Sport Club handbook and applications

9. Actively engage in diversity and inclusion programs, trainings, and events with a commitment to working effectively within your work team, customers, and campus visitors

10. Other duties as assigned

Student Supervisor, Level 2.$13.00/hour.
