The Advancement Assistant will perform a variety of tasks in the Advancement Office to support the UW-Superior Alumni & Friends Foundation.
Duties will vary and include:
Assist with several events during the year, which may include some evening/weekend hours
Data entry and maintenance - adding new students, alumni updates, etc. to our database, Raiser's Edge NXT
Basic bookkeeping tasks
Event registration
Alumni archival research
General office tasks as needed, such as assisting with mailings, event set up/take down, etc.
Must be competent with Microsoft Office/365.
Work will involve highly confidential information and adherence to security guidelines is a must.
Starting pay is $10.00/hour depending on experience and qualifications.
Flexible hours Monday - Friday between 8am-4:30pm, with some occasional hours available during evenings and weekends depending on events.
